Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:
Site Leader II will oversee and assist in managing all aspects of multiple client sites, HPG operations,
client relations, policy administration, and quality assurance program for all accounts in the Atlanta
Market. This position will work closely with company executives, Human Resources, and Training &
Development to ensure HPG’s goals, initiatives and culture is delivered in a professional manner.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
● Primary responsibility to oversee all of the security operations for all assigned locations.
● Conduct interviews and hire to standards for the needs and growth of HPG
● Oversee site leaders at all assigned locations by managing daily operations, open
positions, conduct cross-training, and scheduling
● Manage weekly timesheets for accuracy for all assigned sites
● Travel to various sites within Metro Atlanta (mileage will reimbursed in accordance with GA
Labor laws.
● Develop succession planning and assist with mentoring supervisor(s) and leads.
● Assist with the maintenance of the floater and applicant pool.
● Provide emergency response and operational support, as needed
● Coordinate and manage inventory and ordering of all company uniform in addition to other
equipment and supplies to include cell phones.

● Control systems in purchasing and monitoring utilization of all fleet/golf carts utilized at the
accounts, conduct inspections and maintain appropriate inventories and maintenance
checklists.
● Conduct meetings with clients to ensure needs are being meet.
● Support/ assist Human Resources in all aspects of the interview, training, outfitting, and the
onboarding process, work closely with Supervisor I on these processes
● Assist with field operations as needed with regards to client relations, special assignments.
● Responsible for delivering HPG’s Quality Assurance Program; conduct inspections and
audits
● Coordinate and support with onsite new client startups, as needed.
● Work with Human Resources as needed on all employee relations situations and concerns.
● Assist with training of new officers, contractors, etc.
● Coordinate and oversee the 30-60-day review schedule and ensure timely completion.
● Oversee and tour onsite operation for compliance, as needed in conjunction with Supervisor

● Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as necessary.
● Ability to work independently and/or in a collaborative environment.
● Proficiency in computer and/or mobile software (i.e., Microsoft Office, Slack, etc.).
● Ability to operate a motor vehicle with appropriate license and insurance for the state of Georgia

Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
● High School Diploma, or equivalent required
Experience:
● Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience. Managerial or supervisory experience required.
● Prior law enforcement, corrections, and/or military a plus
● Project Managementskills are a plus
Licenses/Certifications:
● Georgia 24 Hours Guard Certification Preferred
